Funal Desktop · For people who live on calls

Not another
note taker.

Note takers hand you a transcript and leave. Funal shows up prepared, listens when you say so, and does the follow-up. Your meetings, handled.

What it does

Before

Walks in prepared

The account, last time, and every open promise, in your menu bar before you join.

During

Listens when you say so

Joins with capture on. Asks first, every time, and tells the room.

After

Files the follow-through

Commitments become tasks. Decisions become CRM updates. You approve, it writes.

Always

Remembers

Next time it already knows. No-shows and reschedules logged in one click.

The difference

No bot joins your call.

It runs on your computer and asks before it listens. Clients see you, not a recorder.

No transcript nobody reads.

You get the three things that matter: what was promised, what changed, what is next.

No CRM homework.

Updates arrive drafted. One click to approve. Nothing is written without you.

Encrypted on your computer, encrypted at rest. The recording stays with the transcript so you can replay any moment.

Questions

Does it ever record without asking?

No. Funal Desktop notices when a call starts on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or a Slack huddle and asks before it captures anything. You can pause or stop from the menu bar at any point, and a call you decline is simply not recorded.

Can the people on the call tell?

There is no bot in the participant list. Capture runs on your computer, and Funal tells the room when it starts, so nobody is recorded without knowing.

Where do the recordings live?

Encrypted on your computer, then encrypted at rest in your Funal account. The recording stays attached to its transcript, so you can replay any moment from the call record later.

What does it need to run?

An Apple silicon Mac on macOS 13 or later, or a PC with 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, and a Funal account to sign in with. Intel Macs are not supported yet.

What does it write to my CRM?

Nothing on its own. After a call it drafts the follow-through: commitments become tasks, decisions become CRM updates, no-shows and reschedules get logged. You approve each one, or all of them at once, and only then does Funal write.

Your meetings, handled.
