You don't really know what's going on in your business

Most founders don't. Past a certain size the numbers stop being true, things fall through quietly, and you're running on gut. We come in, figure out what's actually happening, fix what's broken, and build it so you never lose sight of it again.

01 / What we do

/01

First, we show you what's actually happening.

We plug into what you already have and rebuild your real picture from the ground truth: the calls, the messages, the calendar, the money. Not the numbers someone typed into a CRM. The ones that are true. Most founders are stunned by the gap, and by where the money is quietly leaking out.

/02

Then we fix it.

We build a staff of tireless AI workers into your operation. One holds every customer. One watches every number that matters. The follow-ups happen. The questions get answered. The leaks close. You set the goals, it runs the work, and it only pulls you in when a human is actually needed.

/03

And you never lose sight of it again.

It doesn't stop when we leave. The system keeps watching, keeps your numbers true, and keeps you in the loop. One clear read on what's happening and what needs you, every day. You run the business from the top instead of flying blind.

02 / Why this exists

Before Funal, I spent years building AI systems inside businesses of every size: publicly traded companies, billion-dollar startups, two-person firms. I kept seeing the same thing. Different scale, different industry, same story every time. Even great operators couldn't actually see what was happening inside their own business. The numbers were stale, the leaks were invisible, and everyone was running on gut.

Nobody was fixing it at the root, so I left to build Funal. That's also why we start with a teardown instead of a pitch. I'd rather show you the truth about your own business than tell you about someone else's.

Consultants hand you a deck. Software hands you more work.
We hand you a business that runs itself, and shows you it's working.

03 / Start here

Want to see what's really going on?

Start with a conversation. Tell us what feels off, we start digging in, and we figure out together where a teardown would begin. A real one means getting into your stack, your CRM, calls, calendar, numbers, so we scope it with you first.
