Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Funal, an AI-first customer relationship management and practice-management platform operated by Funal ("Funal," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using Funal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Funal on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you authorize to access your organization follows these Terms. Funal is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

3. The Service

Funal provides tools for organizing customer, scheduling, communication, document, and business information, including features that use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, summaries, drafts, and other output. Features may change over time. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to maintain security, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of information, files, and other content you submit to Funal ("Your Content"). You grant Funal a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Funal service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Funal to process Your Content.

5. AI Features

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, sending it, or using it in decisions. Funal is not a law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, or other professional adviser, and AI output is not professional advice. Do not use Funal output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Funal to:

  • Break the law, violate another person's rights, or deceive or harm others
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls
  • Use the service to build or train a competing service, except with our written permission
  • Send communications or process personal data without the permissions and notices required by law

7. Integrations

If you connect Google, Zoom, calendars, messaging, or other third-party services, you authorize Funal to exchange the information needed for the integration you select. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect an integration at any time, though information already stored in Funal may remain until you delete it or request account deletion.

8. Fees and Changes

If a paid plan applies, you agree to pay the prices and taxes shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew according to the plan selected until canceled. We may change features or pricing with reasonable notice. Changes to these Terms become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated.

9. Intellectual Property

Funal and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Funal or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may provide feedback, and we may use it without restriction or payment.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funal is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every business need.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so some may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You may stop using Funal or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—will survive.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Funal is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@funal.ai.
