Questions VA firms ask
- Does it work with our phone system and our lead ads?
- Yes. Calls from your phone system land on the lead or veteran they belong to, and leads from your ads arrive with their screening answers. Stages move from that evidence; nobody retypes a call.
- Where does the appeal deadline come from?
- From the decision letter you record on the claim: the letter's own deadline when it states one, otherwise one year from the decision date. It shows on the veteran, the claim and your morning page, and clears when the claim is submitted or closed.
- Can we send our own forms, not just the 21-22a?
- Yes. Any PDF becomes a template. Fields map to the record, so a form is filled from the veteran's file and never carries data from another file.
- How does it know what the VA owes us?
- The fee follows from the decision you record: backpay, the fee percentage, the FAN letter. Pending is not paid; paid is recorded when the money arrives. The cashflow view is built from those records, not typed in.
- Does it track IMOs?
- Yes. An independent medical opinion is its own record on the veteran, linked to the claim it supports, with the examiner, the price, and the dates it was ordered, received, invoiced and reimbursed. One page lists every IMO out with an examiner, every invoice unpaid, and every reimbursement still owed.
- Is my firm's data used to train anything?
- No. Your records are yours. Each firm is its own tenant and the AI reads only what a person in your firm could read.
- We already have a case management system. Do we have to switch everything?
