For booking agencies
Drop in the offer.
The deal, the conflicts
and the routing do themselves.
Promoters send offers in a hundred formats, and your assistants retype every one. Then someone checks the pin map for radius clauses and rebuilds the routing sheet by hand. Funal reads the offer, checks it against every radius clause on the roster, and keeps every artist’s routing current, so your team books instead of typing.
Pick a time that works. Bring one of your offer letters and we read it in live.

The test every agency gives us
Your routing sheet, printed exactly the way your agents already read it. Your contract, your stages, your words.
Your booking system stores the offer. Funal does the work around it.
Booking software is a database your assistants keep up by hand. Every offer retyped, every conflict checked somewhere else, every routing sheet rebuilt in a spreadsheet. Funal reads the paperwork and keeps the calendar honest, so the system is right before anyone opens it.
| Your booking system | Funal | |
|---|---|---|
| The offer | Your booking system: Retyped from the promoter’s PDF, field by field. | Funal: Drop the PDF in. Every term fills in, matched to the artist, buyer and venue you already have. A revised letter shows only what changed. |
| Conflicts | Your booking system: A pin map someone updates and emails around. | Funal: Every offer and hold checked against every radius clause on the roster the moment it lands, with the miles and the days. |
| The routing sheet | Your booking system: Exported, then fixed by hand in a spreadsheet. | Funal: Always current. Prints exactly like the grid your agents use today, for one artist or a stack of them at once. |
| Blocks and holds | Your booking system: Slow to add, worse to delete. | Funal: Drag across the days. An offer that lands on a blocked day says so. |
| Contracts | Your booking system: Generated with fields missing, radius clause left off. | Funal: Filled from the show, radius clause and must-haves included, signed in the browser by both sides. |
| Getting started | Your booking system: An implementation project. | Funal: Drop in this week’s offers. It is useful before anything is migrated. |
One record, from the offer letter to the settled show.
Everything an agency does with a date, on one show that moves through its stages. Here is each one.
01 · Offers
The offer letter becomes the offer.
Every promoter’s sheet looks different. Funal reads it the way an assistant would: date, venue, guarantee and deal, tickets, radius clause, deposits, must-haves, and matches the artist, buyer and venue you already have. Drop a revised letter on the offer and you see only what changed.

2 changes, 14 fields the same
02 · Conflicts
Every radius clause on the roster, checked the moment an offer lands.
Each show’s clause protects its miles and its days. A new offer or hold inside one is flagged with the distance and the dates, on the offer and on the map. No pin map to update, nothing to email around. Press play and watch the run route itself.
03 · Routing
The routing sheet, always current.
Every day for every artist: confirmed and pending dates, holds, blocks and holidays, straight from the shows. Drag across days to block them. Print the grid your agents already know, for one artist or the whole roster at once, or take it into a spreadsheet.

04 · Contracts and e-sign
Accept it, and the contract writes itself.
Accepting moves the same record forward, nothing retyped. The contract fills from the show, radius clause and must-haves included. Your agent signs, the buyer gets a link and signs on any device, and the signed copy lands on the show. No separate e-signature tool. Deposits sit beside it with what came in and what is still due.
ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT
05 · Your AI
Ask your whole calendar a question.
Last plays in a market against today’s offer. Which holds sit inside a clause. The management email for a loaded offer, drafted from the deal. Your AI reads every show, offer and settlement your team can see. It drafts; a person sends.
06 · The whole roster
Every artist, every agent, on one page.
Where everyone plays next, what is confirmed, what is still pending, and who is blocked, across the whole roster. Tick the artists you want and print their routing sheets as one document, for the meeting or the managers.
Routing
Where everyone’s playing
Yours, not ours
Built around how your agency works.
Most booking software makes the agency learn the software. Funal is set up around the way your office already works: your stages, your terms, your paperwork. When you want something changed, it changes for you, not for every agency on the platform.
Your stages and holds
Pending, first and second holds, confirmed, announced, on sale, settled: named and ordered the way your office says them.
Your fields and deal terms
The terms you track on every offer, the way you write them, with your own dropdowns.
Your contract
Your template, your clauses and every artist’s must-haves, filled from the show.
Your routing sheet
The grid your agents already read, printed the way they expect it.
Your words
Artists and buyers, offers and shows: the whole app speaks your agency’s language.
Your brand
Your logo on the app, the printouts and the contracts your buyers sign.
Switching, without the switch
We set it up for you. Run it beside what you have.
We load your roster, your venues and your dates, and match your routing sheet and contract before your team logs in. Keep your current system running while you start with this week’s offers. Nobody has to stop booking for a migration.
Security
What your artists make stays in the room.
Guarantees, splits and settlements are the most sensitive numbers an agency holds. Funal is built for that from the ground up, not bolted on after.
Your agency, walled off
Each agency is its own tenant. Every read is scoped to you, and the AI sees only what a person on your team could see.
Encrypted end to end
In transit and at rest, with connected inboxes and credentials encrypted again on top.
A person approves what leaves
The AI drafts. Nothing is sent or signed until someone on your team approves it.
Every signature on the record
Each signature is recorded with its time on the contract it belongs to.
Never training data
Your offers and settlements are yours. They are not used to train any model.
Need to know, per artist
Choose who in the office sees each artist’s offers, deals and routing. Why an artist is blocked never prints or leaves the agency.
Questions agencies ask
- Does it read our promoters’ offer letters?
- Yes, PDFs and scans in any layout. It fills the offer, matches the artist, buyer and venue you already have, and shows you every value before anything is saved. Drop a revised letter on an offer and you see only what changed.
- How are radius clauses checked?
- Each confirmed show carries its miles and its days before and after. Every new offer and hold for that artist is checked against them as it lands, and anything inside one is flagged on the offer, the routing sheet and the map.
- Does the routing sheet print like ours?
- Two landscape pages a year, months stacked three across, a row for every day, confirmed and pending stamps, holds, blocks and holidays. Print one artist, or tick several and print them as one document. It also exports to a spreadsheet.
- Can we block days an artist can’t play?
- Drag across the days on the routing sheet and pick personal, travel, off or recording. The note stays private to the agency, and an offer that lands on a blocked day says so.
- Do we still need a separate e-signature tool?
- No. Contracts are signed inside Funal. Your agent signs, the buyer signs from a link on any device, every signature is recorded with its time, and the signed copy is saved on the show. You can see at a glance which contracts are out, viewed and signed.
- We already have a booking system. Do we have to switch everything?
- No. Start by dropping in this week’s offers. Funal is useful from the first letter, before anything is migrated.
- Is our data used to train anything?
- No. Your offers and settlements are yours. Each agency is its own tenant, and the AI reads only what a person on your team could read.
- What does it cost?
- We walk through pricing for your agency’s size on the first call.
